Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to debug, troubleshoot, and verify software functionality.
- Develop and maintain automated software test suites using Python and Selenium.
- Design and develop Python-based simulation programs to validate software performance and functionality.
- Deploy and manage Docker service containers on Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems.
- Automate processes and tooling using Bash scripting.
- Create and maintain installation, operations, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Perform hands-on integration and testing remotely and onsite, including incident diagnosis and root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of relevant experience; equivalent years of experience may be reviewed in lieu of the degree.
- At least one year of experience testing software or working in related technical roles.
- Experience with Python scripting and automation, Bash scripting, Docker, Selenium, and Red Hat Linux systems.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance at the start of employment.
- Preferred experience includes messaging systems such as publish/subscribe or DDS, unmanned vehicles or robotics systems, software debugging, customer-facing field support, and testing aboard vessels.
