Responsibilities
- Build testing frameworks and transition existing systems to new technologies.
- Design, maintain, monitor, and improve QA tools and testing infrastructure, including alerting systems.
- Develop manual testing strategies and metrics and document test cases for internal and external testers.
- Track quality metrics in Tableau and automate routine tasks using Zapier, Jira Automation, and ChatGPT.
- Implement quality management processes and improve testing workflows with TechOps and other teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer and at least 1 year of mobile app testing experience on iOS and Android.
- Proficiency with automated testing systems such as Appium, Kotlin, Java, and Selenium.
- Hands-on experience testing Android and iOS applications, including emulators, traffic sniffing, and OS-specific testing.
- Experience with API testing, database CRUD operations, and basic bash or zsh command-line tools.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Lead QA role and experience implementing new testing processes.
- Familiarity with TestOps, Jira, Slack, Git, and GitHub, plus strong teamwork skills.
