Responsibilities
- Identify high-value opportunities where AI can improve customer experience, business processes, and decision-making.
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning, generative AI, and automation solutions.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other teams to solve business challenges.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and move promising ideas from prototype to production.
- Help shape the AI Hub and expand AI adoption across the organization.
Requirements
- Experience applying AI, machine learning, analytics, or data science to real business challenges.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working directly with stakeholders and translating business needs into practical solutions.
- Curiosity about business operations and where AI can create value.
- Ability to navigate different technology landscapes while focusing on business outcomes.
