Senior ML Systems Engineer - AI Evaluation Foundations

Responsibilities
- Build and improve evaluation signals and introspection tools for large-scale ML model experimentation.
- Develop and maintain visualization and metrics presentation within model evaluation workflows.
- Help teams introspect model behavior and identify actionable next steps with fewer manual processes.
- Participate in design and code reviews and collaborate with Data, Infrastructure, and validation teams.
- Design and implement scalable evaluation workflows using model-based metrics, end-to-end simulation, and tooling connected to data, training, and launch decisions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience with some of the listed backend, frontend, data, and infrastructure technologies.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: robotics or autonomous-driving experience and production software experience.
- Preferred: 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Preferred: master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
