Base Salary
$86k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Microsoft 365 solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, SPFx, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
- Build and maintain SharePoint customizations, web parts, extensions, forms, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop client-side solutions with SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, Microsoft Graph, and APIs.
- Create Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and other Power Platform components to automate business processes.
- Implement and support Power Platform pipelines across development, test, and production environments.
- Use PowerShell to automate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform administration, deployment, reporting, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, security, and operations teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, implement fixes, and document solution designs and procedures.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on software engineering experience, preferably with enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, permissions, pages, site structure, and solution support.
- Hands-on experience developing SPFx solutions with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, solution-aware application lifecycle management, and Power Platform pipelines.
- Proficiency with PowerShell for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform automation.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph, JSON, HTML, CSS, and modern web development practices.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development practices.
- Understanding of security, governance, performance, support, release management, and software development lifecycle considerations.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree typically required; comparable education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Preferred capabilities include application development, architecture, technical troubleshooting, documentation, customer solutions, process improvement, UX design, and release management.
