Responsibilities
- Build and harden backend platforms supporting notifications, LLM calls, and product languages.
- Develop data-driven applications, consumer-grade interfaces, and production APIs.
- Design and deploy secure, scalable systems that detect and prevent cyberattacks.
- Build backend services and cloud architectures processing billions of security events.
- Debug distributed systems failures involving retries, timeouts, queueing, race conditions, and connection pooling.
- Collaborate with enterprise customers, security teams, engineers, AI researchers, and security experts.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Backend development experience with Python, TypeScript, or Go.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and performance optimization.
- Production experience building or operating gRPC or REST APIs.
- Experience debugging distributed systems failures.
- Experience or passion for building scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
- Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude.
