Responsibilities
- Build reusable AI-assisted workflows for repository analysis, code scanning, service decomposition, dependency discovery, build diagnosis, and documentation generation.
- Package prompts, tools, retrieval layers, model routing, evaluation checks, retries, and human approval steps into repeatable engineering accelerators.
- Integrate AI workflows with Git platforms, CI/CD systems, documentation stores, issue trackers, test outputs, service catalogues, and architecture evidence repositories.
- Create auditable outputs with traceable source references, confidence indicators, reviewer checkpoints, and explicit assumptions.
- Experiment with open-source, open-weight, and Chinese coding models in approved environments for SDLC automation and handover tasks.
- Translate ambiguous engineering questions into structured AI-assisted workflows and validated deliverables for work-package leads.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience across platform engineering, DevOps automation, SRE, MLOps, software development, or AI workflow implementation.
- Strong hands-on Python skills and experience with API integration, orchestration frameworks, retrieval patterns, tool calling, and evaluation loops.
- Proven experience with AI infrastructure, model serving, private or on-premises deployments, and production operations for LLM-based workloads.
- Practical experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Kubernetes, Linux, containers, Git workflows, and CI/CD.
- Understanding of networking, storage, access control, monitoring, operational hardening, software architecture documentation, and modular cloud software environments.
- Experience converting prototypes into reusable workflows with clear interfaces, logging, error handling, configuration, and maintainability.
- Strong written communication skills for workflow documentation, evidence packs, usage guidance, and senior-stakeholder decision support.
- Ability to work in ambiguous, confidentiality-sensitive, sovereignty-driven environments requiring auditability, isolation, controlled data handling, and review of AI outputs.

- Base salary is negotiable by seniority and experience and will not be lower than €2100 gross, with variable compensation and other financial benefits.
