Responsibilities
- Research and develop security systems and platforms for data security, sensitive-information identification and desensitization, and secure operations.
- Design and implement security policies and detection logic for compliance and security needs.
- Analyze business system architecture, identify security risks, and propose technical solutions.
- Participate in security incident emergency response and reviews, driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, risk-control, and other departments to implement security capabilities across the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a computer-related major and more than three years of research and development experience.
- Proficiency in Golang and development capabilities in Java, Python, or other languages.
- Strong data-structures knowledge and the ability to develop high-performance, high-reliability systems.
- Familiarity with XSS, SQL injection, permission bypass, data leakage, and corresponding protection mechanisms.
- Familiarity with common security frameworks and middleware, plus strong system-design and engineering skills.
- Strong communication and promotion skills, with the ability to independently lead projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Preferred experience includes security R&D for large-scale high-concurrency systems, data-security or privacy-compliance platforms, audit systems, open-source security contributions, CVE submissions, security competitions, and cloud-native security.
