Base Salary
$320k - $405k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and ship full-stack features across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
- Consult with users and stakeholders to understand workflows and identify high-impact opportunities.
- Turn recurring user needs into reusable primitives, platforms, or middleware.
- Build tools that increase autonomy and creative freedom for less-technical users.
- Make product and prioritization decisions and own outcomes from idea through delivery.
- Iterate quickly based on user feedback and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and domains.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building production software, ideally full-stack.
- Proficiency across Python, TypeScript, and React.
- Ability to independently take a product from idea to shipped outcome.
- Experience building platforms, primitives, or internal tools used by others.
- Strong systems thinking, abstraction skills, judgment, and comfort operating with ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field.
