Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of model fine-tuning strategies for domain-specific performance.
- Refine and adapt large language models through instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Design scalable API solutions for model integration and deployment.
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve model responsiveness and accuracy.
- Evaluate and monitor model performance and implement continuous improvements.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate model improvements into production environments.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models, Generative AI, API Management, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, and Python frameworks.
- Strong expertise in fine-tuning large-scale language models, especially instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable API solutions for model integration and deployment.
- Ability to develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies.
- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and performance monitoring tools.
- Ability to collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
