Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications to align features with business requirements.
- Manage application releases and maintain compatibility, performance, and system stability.
- Gather requirements and implement application enhancements with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow workflows and automation using low-code tools.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain a knowledge base.
- Contribute solutions independently, participate in team discussions, and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, testing, Flow Designer, reports, and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and configuration options.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with APIs and web services.
- Ability to develop and customize workflows and automation using low-code tools.
- Familiarity with release management and version control in packaged applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving application issues.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
