Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions and Pega applications.
- Lead successful release delivery with a reporting team.
- Design application process flows, SLAs, skill-based routing, class structures, data models, indexing, and reporting.
- Design application security using access groups, roles, and privileges.
- Build reusable components and apply Pega ruleset hierarchy practices.
- Integrate databases and external systems through SOAP, REST services, JMS, and MQ.
- Manage deployment activities across project environments and understand project-level metrics.
- Apply code reviews, code quality measures, guardrail compliance, and AES practices.
- Lead and manage the project team efficiently.
- Handle client calls independently and manage pressure situations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required, with an overall minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience.
- Pega Platform experience is mandatory.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Mandatory CSA and CSSA certifications are required.
- Experience with Pega frameworks including CS, CSHC, CWS, and CMF.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, and PL/SQL programming.
- Experience with application development and system integration.
- Experience with Python development and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of agentic AI systems and tool use, including Anthropic, AWS, or Google.
- Knowledge of SDLC processes, deliverables, environments, deployment, and project metrics.
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle client calls independently.
- CUIS, CCSA, and CPMC certifications are optional; certification in Anthropic, AWS, or Google is desirable.
- React.js and Node.js are good-to-have skills.
