Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize development infrastructure for AI product development.
- Maximize developer productivity by eliminating friction points in workflows.
- Build and maintain core infrastructure for service mesh, observability, and deployment pipelines.
- Develop cloud-agnostic tooling and support multi-region deployments.
- Create scalable identity and authentication solutions for the product suite.
- Contribute to the MCP proxy and maintain official SDKs for connectivity.
- Transform the Claude API into a cloud-native, managed product.
- Build training systems for task-specific adaptation of AI models.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Experience in designing and delivering complex user-facing products.
- Technical expertise in modern frontend and backend development languages and frameworks.
- A product-focused approach to building robust and scalable solutions.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, ideally building products from 0 to 1.
- Ability to drive cross-team alignment and influence without authority.
- Experience in establishing engineering standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with containerization and secure execution environments is a plus.
