Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Lead internal developer platform, self-service tooling, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives.
- Drive DevOps and DevSecOps practices, including automated security scanning, compliance checks, and secure-by-default CI/CD configurations.
- Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets to guide reliability investments.
- Lead on-call operations, incident response, and blameless postmortems.
- Design, test, and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Automate operational workflows to reduce manual toil and improve resilience.
- Architect and implement observability solutions to accelerate detection and resolution.
- Contribute to technical roadmaps and architecture decisions.
Requirements
- Equivalent practical experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or a closely related role.
- Demonstrated experience building internal tools, self-service infrastructure, or developer platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and configuration management.
- Practical experience integrating security scanning, secrets management, and compliance automation into deployment pipelines.
- Solid understanding of networking, distributed systems, and Linux systems administration.
- Experience leading incident response and postmortem processes.
- Experience with AWS or Azure, Kubernetes or Docker, infrastructure-as-code tools, observability tooling, and security tooling.
