Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using TypeScript and modern automation tools.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, end-to-end, production validation, and post-release testing.
- Create test cases, reusable automation components, test assets, and test data validations.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and product teams to validate application functionality.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support release readiness.
- Analyze defects and document test results, risks, remediation recommendations, and quality findings.
- Test cloud-native and distributed applications and support ongoing quality assurance activities.
- Use GenAI tools for test case creation, code generation, documentation, troubleshooting, and productivity improvements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or software development.
- Experience using one or more of TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Python, or C# through coursework, internships, projects, or professional work.
- Exposure to automated testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or WebdriverIO.
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile delivery, and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Git, API testing, test automation principles, cloud technologies, and CI/CD concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree or completion of a related college program.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Reliability Clearance.
- Preferred experience includes Postman, Insomnia, GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, GenAI tools, microservices, REST APIs, performance testing, accessibility testing, security testing, and quality monitoring.
