Base Salary
$240k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the architectural vision for customer-facing systems.
- Establish patterns and frameworks for quality and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to shape product direction.
- Mentor senior technical leaders to elevate engineering capabilities.
- Lead through complexity and remove organizational blockers.
- Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Design systems to support sustainable growth and drive investment in non-functional priorities.
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong record of group-level technical leadership.
- Experience with Kotlin, Java, or Go, and system design for scale.
- Proficiency with CI/CD workflows, cloud infrastructure, and observability tools.
- Ability to drive architectural clarity and strategic alignment.
- Experience translating customer needs into reliable technical solutions.
- Track record of improving developer experience and system sustainability.
