Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of IAM/IGA applications and services using C# and .NET.
- Own technical solutions and drive architecture, design, scalability, maintainability, performance, and security decisions.
- Design and implement APIs, integrations, microservices, and service-oriented solutions.
- Analyze complex technical and integration requirements and translate them into sustainable solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and promote secure development practices, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, customer stakeholders, and distributed international teams.
- Lead knowledge transfer, transition, documentation, modernization, and continuous-improvement activities.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical guidance across development teams.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of future team members and help establish a local delivery capability.
- Act as a technical contact for customers during workshops and architecture or implementation discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 8+ years of professional software development experience focused on backend and enterprise application development.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and modern .NET, including .NET Core and .NET 5/6/7/8 or newer.
- Hands-on IAM and/or IGA experience, including identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access management, and access certification.
- Strong experience with API integrations, microservices, service-oriented solutions, software architecture patterns, and secure coding.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based source control.
- Experience with performance optimization, troubleshooting, and complex technical problem-solving.
- Proven experience leading development teams or technical workstreams and owning technical delivery.
- Experience mentoring and coaching engineers and providing technical guidance.
- Strong stakeholder-management, communication, and technical-influence skills.
- Deep expertise with IAM/IGA platforms and complex enterprise identity environments.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated enterprise environments is preferred.
- Experience with knowledge transfer, transition, transformation initiatives, or scaling engineering teams is preferred.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and cloud-based enterprise architectures.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
