Base Salary

$94k - $125k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for build, testing, and deployment automation.
  • Administer Azure DevOps repositories, branching strategies, pipeline templates, workflows, and artifact management.
  • Define and enforce DevOps, release management, environment management, Infrastructure as Code, and Configuration as Code standards.
  • Support application teams with DevOps integration, application deployments, production systems, troubleshooting, and post-release support.
  • Monitor pipeline performance, deployment success, and system reliability across environments.
  • Architect and enforce DevSecOps controls including role-based access, vulnerability scanning, secret management, branch protection, and security checks.
  • Document pipeline designs, environment configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Deliver internal training and mentor teams on Azure DevOps, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and technical adoption.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
  • Travel approximately 5–10% to manufacturing sites for deployments, troubleshooting, and system implementations.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps or similar platforms, Infrastructure as Code, application deployments, and production systems.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD practices, release management, software development practices, application architectures, and DevSecOps.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as ARM, Bicep, or Terraform and Configuration as Code practices.
  • Advanced Azure DevOps skills covering pipelines, repositories, artifacts, and workflow configuration.
  • Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, training, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Preferred experience in manufacturing, MES, or enterprise systems environments; technical training; cloud platforms such as Azure; and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.

Benefits

  • Starting base pay is $93,881.00–$125,174.00 per year for applicable U.S. locations, with possible cost-of-living adjustments and additional compensation and benefits.
  • Primarily office-based work with occasional travel to manufacturing facilities and required compliance with site safety, quality, regulatory, and PPE requirements.
