Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, monitor, and improve new and existing services.
- Develop change-management, release, automation, observability, logging, alerting, and anomaly-detection processes.
- Monitor production systems, quickly mitigate incidents, and use scripts, automation, and infrastructure scaling to resolve issues.
- Raise third-party support tickets, maintain runbooks, conduct root-cause analysis, and help prevent recurring incidents.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams on scalable, secure, resilient systems and aligned processes.
- Define SLOs and error budgets and contribute to capacity planning and access-management processes.
Requirements
- University degree in a computing-related field such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Systems Analysis and Development.
- Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem solving.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and ArgoCD.
- Experience with SRE and Support Engineering methodology or culture.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, RabbitMQ, AWS, Java, Python, and monitoring tools such as New Relic, DataDog, and Grafana.
- Advanced written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience with Agile projects and DevOps-oriented environments.
