Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications using the Pega Platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact and subject-matter expert for application development efforts.
- Collaborate with and manage teams to execute work and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Integrate Pega applications with other systems and platforms.
- Gather requirements, communicate project updates, and support alignment with stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate meetings on progress, challenges, and improvement strategies.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with the Pega Platform.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
- Experience integrating Pega applications with other systems and platforms.
- Familiarity with Pega 7.x and Pega 8.x is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
