Base Salary
$101k - $104k/yr
Responsibilities
- Test software components and provide feedback on user experience.
- Monitor and analyze test results to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve workflows.
- Troubleshoot production issues in current and past software versions.
- Document software issues and work with engineers to resolve them.
- Interface with customers to collect requirements for product design.
- Develop ideas for modifying and extending products based on user deployment.
- Engage with product management to synthesize user needs into development objectives.
- Identify user scenarios and best practices for applying ArcGIS.
- Enhance internal and end-user documentation and tutorials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, GIS, or a related field.
- One year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Demonstrated experience in C++, DirectX, and 3D Algorithms.
