Responsibilities

Design and build industry-specific demos showcasing real-world customer journeys.
Maintain a reusable and scalable demo asset library for rapid deployment.
Enhance demo environments with new features and integrations.
Partner with Solution Consultants to tailor demo narratives to customer challenges.
Conduct discovery to align demonstrations with customer personas and KPIs.
Illustrate product value by connecting business problems to clear outcomes.
Build demo scenarios involving various CX technologies.
Set up and maintain integrations for demo environments.
Support POCs requiring deeper technical demonstrations.
Collaborate with sales teams to prepare demo strategies.
Provide packaged demos and reusable vertical content for field teams.
Assist with technical inputs for RFI/RFP related to demos.

4-8 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or demo engineering.
Background in contact center solutions or cloud CX platforms preferred.
Strong understanding of CCaaS technologies and cloud architectures.
Ability to configure integrations and troubleshoot environment issues.
Outstanding presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Strong narrative design skills for crafting compelling demo stories.
Ability to quickly understand customer business models and tailor demos.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with short turnaround times.
