Responsibilities
- Test software across Android, iOS, Windows, production tools, and hardware-connected systems.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites and contribute to testing framework evolution.
- Perform exploratory, structured manual, functional, regression, integration, and release testing.
- Create detailed test plans and clear, reusable test cases covering functional and edge-case scenarios.
- Integrate automated tests into DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Test communication between devices and systems using Modbus and Bluetooth Low Energy.
- Collaborate with software and firmware developers and cross-functional teams.
- Identify and resolve issues while focusing on reliability, usability, and performance.
Requirements
- B.E., B.Tech, or M.Tech degree.
- 4-7 years of professional experience, including at least one year using relevant technologies in a real-world production environment.
- Experience with hardware, preferably electronics or a similar setup.
- Experience testing mobile applications, Windows tools, and production systems.
- Solid test automation experience with Eggplant, Selenium, or similar tools.
- Experience with integration testing involving device-to-system communication.
- Experience with DevOps tools and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
- Familiarity with Modbus and Bluetooth Low Energy protocols.
- Strong manual testing, test planning, test case design, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, teamwork, self-motivation, willingness to learn new technologies, and willingness to travel abroad.
