Base Salary
$215k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of scalable, resilient, cloud-native BSS architecture.
- Define and execute the BSS transformation roadmap, including legacy migration, domain-driven design, and architectural best practices.
- Architect integrated omnichannel solutions across digital and physical customer touchpoints.
- Embed AI and machine learning capabilities, including large language models and generative AI, into BSS domains.
- Establish domain-centric architectures for customer management, product catalog, order management, billing, and revenue management.
- Evaluate and integrate vendor products, SaaS solutions, and APIs using TM Forum, 3GPP, Open APIs, and API management practices.
- Collaborate with business, product, engineering, operations, and senior leadership teams to align architecture with business objectives.
- Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and practices for quality, security, privacy, compliance, and observability.
- Use architectural modeling, deployment pipelines, and monitoring and logging tools to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Mentor solution architects and cross-functional teams and lead architectural decisions with minimal oversight.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering, or 7 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- At least 7 years of experience architecting cloud-native, microservices, and SaaS solutions using AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience with BSS domains and processes including customer management, product catalog, order management, billing, and revenue management.
- Experience with domain-driven design, event-driven architectures, and API management.
- Knowledge of omnichannel strategies, digital transformation, and customer journey optimization.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise systems for dynamic pricing, customer segmentation, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and real-time recommendations.
- Ability to establish architecture governance, influence executive decisions, mentor technical teams, and work with minimal oversight.
