Base Salary
$200k - $247k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as an AI domain authority across G&A, mentor team members, set technical standards, and advise leadership on AI investments and roadmap priorities.
- Develop and prototype solutions using large language models, agent frameworks, and workflow orchestration tools.
- Review code and prompts, guide system design decisions, and define evaluation methodologies and performance benchmarks.
- Partner with Finance, HR, Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing to identify manual bottlenecks and apply AI to automate complex processes.
- Oversee integration and deployment of AI agents with enterprise systems through APIs, data pipelines, and workflow platforms.
- Drive AI projects from conception to launch and support secure, governed adoption across non-technical business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8–10 years of professional experience across data science, data engineering, and business intelligence disciplines.
- At least 3 years of technical experience building and shipping AI/ML products.
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to turn prompts into small prototypes in constrained environments and validate requirements with those artifacts.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, Vertex AI Agent Builder, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience with GCP, Vertex AI, A2A, MCP, and ADK frameworks in enterprise systems.
- Experience integrating AI and LLM solutions securely with enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow.
- Experience designing agentic patterns including multi-agent orchestration, complex RAG architectures, and dynamic tool use.
- Understanding of AI governance, enterprise data privacy standards, and security protocols such as RBAC and data loss prevention.
- Ability to influence cross-functional leadership, drive technical strategy and organizational change, mentor team members, and guide AI investments and roadmap prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
