Base Salary
$200k - $247k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as a domain authority in AI across G&A, mentoring team members and guiding leadership.
- Develop and prototype solutions using large language models and workflow orchestration tools.
- Provide technical oversight by reviewing code and guiding system design decisions.
- Partner with business units to identify and automate manual bottlenecks using AI.
- Oversee integration and deployment of AI agents with enterprise systems.
Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 8-10 years of professional experience in data science, data engineering, and business intelligence.
- 3+ years of technical experience focused on building and shipping AI/ML products.
- Hands-on experience using GenAI tools to create prototypes.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks.
