Responsibilities
- Design and implement system-level test cases in Robot Framework using Python keyword libraries.
- Validate system behavior using DLT traces, device logs, SSH command output, diagnostic responses, and cloud-side backend APIs.
- Build and maintain integrations between test execution and Jira/Xray Cloud.
- Own pipelines that execute flashing, coding, testing, and reporting stages using GitLab CI and Artifactory.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot HIL and standalone test benches, including ECU wiring, power control, SSH jump hosts, and static IP networking.
- Flash and code ECUs, manage software builds and variants, perform DoIP/UDS diagnostics, and use CAN/Ethernet vehicle bus interfaces.
- Maintain bench configuration and diagnose failures across the full system stack.
Requirements
- Master's degree (BAC+5) from an engineering school or university specializing in embedded systems.
- Three to eight years of overall experience in testing.
- Programming experience with Python and the ability to write reviewable, maintainable code.
- Experience with test frameworks, Robot Framework libraries and keywords, ALM tooling, and Jira, Confluence, and Xray automation.
- Experience with CI/CD, GitLab CI or Jenkins/GitHub Actions, and disciplined Git branching.
- Embedded or automotive experience, including ECU flashing and coding, UDS/DoIP diagnostics, DLT logging, and Linux and QNX shell usage.
- Practical knowledge of HTTP/REST, MQTT, proxies, TLS/certificates, OAuth tokens, and network debugging.
- Experience with connectivity and troubleshooting across test benches, embedded systems, and backend services.
