Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor QA engineers, allocate work, provide guidance, and support career growth.
- Plan and prioritise functional, integration, and regression testing activities.
- Define and enforce QA standards, methodologies, and guidelines.
- Identify and mitigate risks and address quality and delivery challenges.
- Improve QA processes for efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support timely testing outcomes for new features and integrations.
- Integrate automated checks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide management reporting and updates on progress, quality, and risks.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of Automation QA experience, including at least 2 years as a team leader.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience building or integrating AI into QA workflows with a strong automation focus.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright and Maestro.
- Experience with test management tools such as Testdino or PractiTest, and accessibility testing tools such as Deque or Axe-core.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline architecture and tools including GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.
- Experience with functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Ability to identify and address risks, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and the software development life cycle.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
