Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
- Integrate security into development pipelines through DevSecOps practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, sustainment, security tools, and operations teams to improve automation and security.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code according to coding standards and best practices.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
- Implement and oversee security controls and monitoring systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Document technical processes and security protocols.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II and DoD 8140 CSSP Auditor compliant certifications are required.
- At least 3 years of full-stack development experience with an emphasis on DevSecOps practices.
- Proficiency with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular.
- Proficiency with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or .NET.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and AWS RDS.
- Experience with DevSecOps tools and practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and container security pipeline development.
- Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Working knowledge and experience using APIs.
- Experience with the Atlassian tool suite.
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and security frameworks such as OWASP.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
