Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, support, and continuously improve AI and machine learning solutions for regulatory, compliance, risk, and customer-assurance activities.
- Develop production AI applications using generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, knowledge repositories, and enterprise AI platforms.
- Build, train, evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning and generative AI models using metrics for quality, accuracy, relevance, reliability, and business outcomes.
- Implement prompt engineering, model tuning, hyperparameter optimization, guardrails, validation, explainability, auditability, and responsible AI practices.
- Design and manage MLOps capabilities including automated testing, deployment pipelines, model versioning, monitoring, governance, telemetry, logging, and observability.
- Deploy AI solutions across public and private cloud environments and support security, resiliency, availability, scalability, data protection, and production stability.
- Automate evidence collection, control execution, risk monitoring, testing, reporting, and stakeholder engagement workflows.
- Partner with business, risk, compliance, legal, information security, architecture, engineering, and platform teams to deliver governed AI solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience developing software, machine learning, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, or automation solutions.
- At least 3 years of experience building and deploying enterprise AI or machine learning solutions in production environments.
- Hands-on experience developing AI solutions with Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience with machine learning, generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, AI application development, and cloud-based enterprise applications.
- Experience implementing monitoring, observability, testing, deployment, and operational support for AI solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, technical design, communication, and technical-to-nontechnical explanation skills.
- Preferred experience in regulated industries, compliance, risk management, cybersecurity, technology controls, MLOps, AI lifecycle management, model monitoring, deployment automation, PyTorch, TensorFlow, retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, knowledge management, intelligent automation, and enterprise AI or cloud-native machine learning services.
