Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end application systems, including user interfaces, data storage solutions, and automated workflows.
- Create automated processes that interact with multiple APIs, databases, and application user interfaces.
- Develop scalable database solutions, including schemas, stored procedures, and functions.
- Analyze business and system processes, identify improvement opportunities, and provide industry-standard evaluations.
- Translate business requirements into technical stories and provide development task estimates in collaboration with business analysts, architects, and users.
- Participate in feasibility studies, design, construction, testing, implementation, and other software development lifecycle activities.
- Manage code promotion, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC artifacts while meeting compliance and operating standards.
- Recommend and implement security, risk, and compliance measures.
- Provide application support, participate in user acceptance testing, and resolve defects to meet release schedules.
- Act as a subject matter expert for senior stakeholders and team members while managing shifting priorities and deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# and experience with ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and CSS.
- Experience with Angular, React, or Microsoft Blazor.
- Expertise developing .NET Core microservices and understanding microservices architecture and design patterns.
- Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and MongoDB, including PL/SQL and T-SQL.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and hands-on systems integration experience.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium.
- Preferred experience with Python, Agentic AI, or generative AI development.
- Preferred Java development experience and extensive Spring Boot microservices experience.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools including Lightspeed, Harness, Tekton, and GitHub.
- Preferred experience with Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Devin AI across design, implementation, testing, and feature delivery.
- Practical knowledge of prompt engineering and integration with AI models and APIs is a plus.
- Demonstrated project delivery experience and working knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage changing priorities, and deliver against evolving requirements.
