Base Salary
$40k - $60k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship acquisition funnels, onboarding flows, referral and viral loops, activation triggers, and monetization experiments.
- Create lightweight analytics and experimentation infrastructure for tracking, A/B testing, and cohort analysis.
- Rapidly prototype and test growth hypotheses across new AI products.
- Use experiment data to identify effective growth mechanics and hand them off to product teams.
- Drive measurable traction in a 0-to-1 builder role through hands-on coding and experimentation.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university is required.
- MBA is a plus but not required.
- Strong hands-on coding ability in Python, SQL, JavaScript, or similar technologies is required.
- Familiarity with growth and analytics tooling is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in growth engineering, software engineering, or a technical product, growth, go-to-market, or monetization role is required.
- The candidate should demonstrate a founder’s mindset, builder’s mentality, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and executive presence.
- Passion for innovative technologies and artificial intelligence and awareness of relevant trends, themes, and players are preferred.
