Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship technical growth mechanisms such as acquisition funnels and onboarding flows.
- Stand up lightweight analytics and experimentation infrastructure for tracking and A/B testing.
- Rapidly prototype and test growth hypotheses across new AI products.
- Hand off successful growth mechanics to product teams for further development.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a top-tier university.
- Strong hands-on coding ability in Python, SQL, JS, or similar languages.
- 3+ years of experience in growth engineering or a related technical role.
- Founder's mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven recommendations.
