Responsibilities
- Define and implement modern Quality Engineering strategies and processes for clients.
- Develop and maintain automated testing solutions using an object-oriented programming language.
- Test software within cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and lead others in delivering Quality Engineering outcomes.
- Advocate for efficient, low-complexity engineering solutions focused on quality, productivity, and software delivery.
- Contribute to internal and regional Quality Engineering communities by sharing knowledge and shaping technical discussions.
- Collaborate with clients, partners, and team members, including working onsite as required.
Requirements
- Several years of experience defining and implementing modern Quality Engineering concepts, including automated testing.
- Comfort with at least one object-oriented programming language, such as Java, C#, TypeScript, or Python.
- Hands-on GenAI experience or evidence of actively pursuing personal GenAI projects outside of work.
- Familiarity with testing in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
- A collaborative, adaptable approach and willingness to learn new domains, roles, and technology stacks.
- Ability to work flexibly with clients and partners in a consulting environment.
