Base Salary
$224k - $263k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional engineering projects for Vanta’s government product line.
- Design and build new compliance workflow capabilities in partnership with early design partners.
- Develop reusable, scalable systems, architecture, patterns, shared infrastructure, and tagging systems.
- Drive technical initiatives across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
- Contribute to Vanta’s engineering culture and use AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- Strong systems thinking, platform architecture, scalability, abstraction, and maintainability skills.
- Experience in a highly regulated industry such as fintech or healthcare.
- Ability to work effectively in early-stage 0-to-1 environments with evolving requirements.
- Strong product judgment and ability to balance technical rigor with delivery velocity.
- FedRAMP or government domain experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
