Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI agents, integrations, and workflow automations connecting DevRev with customer technology stacks.
- Build Knowledge Graph solutions and integrate SaaS and non-SaaS systems using APIs, webhooks, and real-time communication architectures.
- Apply prompt engineering, semantic search optimization, generative AI techniques, and evaluation methods to improve agent performance.
- Write SQL queries, analyze data, and build dashboards that support customer decision-making.
- Create proofs of concept, conduct live technical demonstrations, and iterate based on customer and stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate with customers, engineering, product, customer success, support, and revenue teams.
- Guide customers through technical workflows, code repository integrations, and advanced configurations.
- Participate in on-site implementations, technical workshops, and customer engagements with travel of up to 80%.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, systems integration, or platform engineering.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript, Python, data structures, and algorithms; Go is a plus.
- Familiarity with large language models, prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, and building evaluations for agentic AI solutions.
- Deep experience with large-scale data synchronization, REST and GraphQL integrations, webhooks, and event-driven or pub/sub architectures.
- Hands-on experience deploying to serverless and edge platforms such as AWS Lambda and Google Cloud Functions.
- Experience with data mapping, schema alignment, heterogeneous systems, data modeling, graph data structures, logging, error surfacing, and telemetry.
- Familiarity with Model Context Programming for adaptive, context-aware integrations.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-facing experience is a plus.
