Responsibilities
- Create custom Python applications and integrated GUIs.
- Analyze and benchmark software API calls.
- Write and maintain unit tests.
- Determine operational practicality and provide support to internal customers until problems or issues are resolved.
- Plan and write efficient, well-structured code following documented best practices.
- Debug software and troubleshoot development issues.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's, master's, or PhD program in Computer Science.
- Experience with SQL databases and good Python or C++ programming capabilities.
- Familiarity with Git for version control and strong familiarity with development IDEs.
- Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures, plus excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred: experience with Docker or similar virtualization and unit testing.
