Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery of Salesforce projects from solution design through development, deployment, and go-live.
- Lead client discovery and design sessions and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and technical documentation.
- Provide technical roadmaps, architecture guidance, platform guidance, and technical advice to project teams and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor 2–5 developers, delegate work, review deliverables, and maintain development quality and coding standards.
- Manage technical plans, risks, dependencies, timelines, resource needs, documentation, knowledge transfer, and code quality.
- Partner with Project Managers, Solution Consultants, clients, and vendors to align delivery with project goals, budgets, timelines, and expectations.
- Support business development and pre-sales discussions as a Salesforce technical advisor and subject matter expert.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture patterns, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of consulting or technology experience, including 7+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Technical Architect on enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce solution architecture, design, development, integrations, and third-party or customer systems.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, web services, data migration, Salesforce architecture, APIs, security, data, and integration patterns.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with exposure to Marketing Cloud and Experience/Community Cloud.
- Experience leading technical design sessions, defining deliverables, producing technical documentation, and translating business requirements into scalable architectures.
- Experience delivering multiple Salesforce implementation projects using iterative methodologies.
- Experience with business development or pre-sales discussions as a Salesforce subject matter expert.
- Active Salesforce certifications or willingness to obtain relevant certifications.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
