Responsibilities
- Lead migration of legacy applications to scalable Kubernetes clusters.
- Design and optimize highly available Kubernetes clusters.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Automate Kubernetes infrastructure with tools like Helm and Kustomize.
- Enhance monitoring with tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Implement Kubernetes security best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve infrastructure challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers in Kubernetes practices.
- Participate in incident response and troubleshoot production issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in migrating and architecting workloads to Kubernetes.
- 5+ years of experience with AWS and cloud-native technologies.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Strong scripting skills in languages like Python or Go.
- Experience in incident management and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications like CKA or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer are preferred.
