Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare technical design specifications.
- Drive architectural governance and seek platform convergence.
- Plan engineering initiatives and feature delivery while balancing customer delivery with organizational health.
- Identify application improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist and mentor development staff in delivering product features.
- Lead technical conversations, design sessions, and engineering decision-making.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate clearly with executives, peers, and development teams.
- Provide feedback and foster a learning-oriented team culture.
- Translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of .NET Full Stack Development experience.
- At least 3 years of software development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Significant experience designing and implementing or enhancing systems, including architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Significant experience in analytical system engineering, design, and implementation.
- Fluency or specialization in modern languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products using microservices architectural patterns and extensible REST APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Experience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments is preferred.
- Understanding of security architecture, protocols, and products including Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth is preferred.
- Experience with AWS and Azure and a background in multi-cloud environments is preferred.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
