Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, configure, document, and improve software components and enterprise applications.
- Design and integrate application components, services, APIs, interoperability components, and reusable software modules.
- Develop web and multi-tier applications using Java and related enterprise frameworks.
- Create and execute unit, integration, and automated tests and participate in code reviews.
- Integrate applications with external systems, APIs, messaging platforms, and interoperability services.
- Support deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of software solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, installation guides, and operational manuals.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, testers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the software lifecycle.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing and development best practices.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant IT professional experience, including at least 5 years as a software and application developer.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an ICT-relevant field, classified as Level 6 education.
- At least 1 year of active experience with CASE tools, Visio, or equivalent modeling and development tools.
- At least 5 years of experience with Java and related frameworks such as Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Java EE/Jakarta EE, Hibernate, or JPA.
- At least 3 years of experience working in Agile environments with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, object-oriented programming, design patterns, enterprise application development, and distributed systems.
- Experience with web applications, multi-tier architectures, RESTful services, SOAP services, APIs, messaging platforms, interoperability frameworks, or service-oriented architectures.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, automated testing, code quality assurance, deployment, configuration, CI/CD pipelines, and container platforms.
- Experience interpreting technical designs, architecture specifications, and system models and translating them into software solutions.
- Experience with code reviews, secure coding, quality assurance, software engineering best practices, and mentoring junior developers.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
