Base Salary
$70k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance a production React application supporting information exchange between DoD and industry partners.
- Develop, test, and implement application enhancements, bug fixes, usability improvements, and corrective actions.
- Provide production operations and maintenance support, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Translate user feedback and business requirements into scalable, maintainable front-end solutions.
- Integrate front-end components with backend services and APIs for secure and reliable data exchange.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders, system engineers, developers, testers, and product stakeholders on requirements, change requests, releases, and deployments.
- Support Agile backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, and release preparation.
- Balance production support responsibilities with enhancement development and operate independently during required core hours.
Requirements
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and six years of software development or engineering experience are required, or ten years of software development or engineering experience may substitute for the degree.
- Experience with React or Bootstrap, with the ability and willingness to pivot to another framework.
- Working understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday during core hours of 10 AM to 2 PM, with exceptions considered case by case.
- Experience with GitLab is desired.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is desired.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks including React, Node, and Angular is desired.
