Base Salary
$350k - $430k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and operate production-grade machine learning systems for real-time personalization.
- Develop, validate, implement, and maintain scalable ML models and data-driven products.
- Build automated processes for large-scale data analysis and model development.
- Use testing techniques to prevent regressions and improve system quality.
- Lead cross-functional machine learning projects and collaborate with Product and Engineering.
- Provide technical leadership and advocate for larger-scale improvements across ML systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience building software systems, ideally with sustained ownership of a single system.
- Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, XGBoost, pandas, Matplotlib, SQL, Spark, or similar tools.
- Proficiency or experience with Python.
- Extensive experience applying machine learning and data analysis to scalable systems and data-driven products.
- Track record of building scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data analysis, model development, model validation, and model implementation from modern research.
- Experience leading cross-functional machine learning projects.
- Strong collaboration, communication, technical leadership, and quality-focused skills.
