Base Salary
$219k - $301k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical voice for multiple clients and partner with Enterprise Account Executives.
- Define and direct technical strategies for large enterprise and global accounts.
- Guide customers through Databricks evaluation, adoption, and data-driven transformation.
- Align customer technical strategies with Databricks solutions and build technical champions.
- Establish and lead virtual teams and coordinate with hands-on resources building proofs of concept and demonstrations.
- Develop relationships with executives and influencers and present compelling technical points of view.
- Mentor other team members and contribute technical insight and leadership.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in pre-sales and helping large enterprises become more data-driven.
- Experience working with very large global accounts exceeding $1 million ARR.
- Technical knowledge of big data, data science, cloud, and ML/AI applications.
- Experience with data-driven business transformation and driving organizational change with data.
- Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
- Ability to establish virtual teams, lead them to success, and influence executives and decision-makers.
- Databricks Certification is a preferred qualification.
