Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Support requirements decomposition and derivation to produce software requirements.
- Participate in capability design and produce UML and SysML diagrams.
- Develop and deliver high-quality mission-critical software for NC3 defense systems.
- Participate in code and related-artifact peer reviews.
- Create test cases and tests.
- Collaborate with software engineers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Software Architects, and other teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related STEM major by the start date.
- Foundation in object-oriented programming and Java, with experience gained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
- An active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is preferred, with an active existing DoD Secret clearance required after day one.
- Preferred knowledge includes UML, SysML, MBSE, CAMEO modeling tools, requirements analysis, virtualization, microservices, containers, orchestrators, CI/CD, Agile SDLC, and Java frameworks for graphical user interfaces.
