Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify system requirements and solution goals.
- Contribute feedback and acceptance criteria for user stories.
- Create test plans and test cases for initial and regression testing.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Design, develop, and execute automated testing scripts.
- Identify, document, revalidate, and regression-test software defects.
- Track QA metrics including defect density and open defect counts.
- Stay current with testing tools and test strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant QA experience.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Experience writing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Hands-on white-box and black-box testing experience for SaaS platforms.
- Proficiency testing PHP 8.x and Vue.js applications and APIs, or similar technologies.
- Experience with Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
- Automation scripting experience with Python and SQL.
- Knowledge of XML, cXML, JSON, and HTTP/API protocols.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience testing in Scrum and CI/CD environments and using GitHub.
- Performance or security testing and B2B, e-commerce, or integration experience are nice to have.
