Responsibilities
- Support the Enterprise Greenfield Sales team with opportunity qualification and demonstrations.
- Lead the adoption, optimization, and integration of New Relic’s products within customer infrastructures.
- Partner with Sales to identify revenue opportunities through upselling and contract renewals.
- Provide customer feedback on new product features to product management and engineering.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s business and technical environment.
- Be open to extensive travel as this is a field-based role.
Requirements
- Proven pre-sales experience within the software industry.
- Demonstrated track record of managing technical engagements with enterprise customers.
- Strong technical background with a customer-oriented approach.
- Desire to learn new technologies.
- Understanding of value-based selling in customer-facing roles.
- Interest or experience with performance monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with development languages such as Java, .Net, Ruby, C, Python, or Node.js.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar field.
- Fluency in English.
