Responsibilities

  • Support the Enterprise Greenfield Sales team with opportunity qualification and demonstrations.
  • Lead the adoption, optimization, and integration of New Relic’s products within customer infrastructures.
  • Partner with Sales to identify revenue opportunities through upselling and contract renewals.
  • Provide customer feedback on new product features to product management and engineering.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s business and technical environment.
  • Be open to extensive travel as this is a field-based role.

Requirements

  • Proven pre-sales experience within the software industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing technical engagements with enterprise customers.
  • Strong technical background with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Desire to learn new technologies.
  • Understanding of value-based selling in customer-facing roles.
  • Interest or experience with performance monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with development languages such as Java, .Net, Ruby, C, Python, or Node.js.
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar field.
  • Fluency in English.
