Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship cloud-native, multi-tenant AI capability services end-to-end.
- Build vertical agents that orchestrate AI services and business rules to execute ERP workflows with human approval.
- Integrate LLMs and ML models into production using inference APIs, tool calling, agent orchestration, retrieval, and model-serving capabilities.
- Design data models and semantic business layers for enterprise business objects, requirements, and constraints.
- Develop reusable AI services, reference implementations, internal scaffolding/code-generation tooling, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Track solution value through ROI, adoption, and retention metrics.
- Embed governance, privacy, security, auditability, and model transparency throughout the development lifecycle.
- Create technical designs, architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and system specifications.
- Collaborate with product, security, compliance, and strategic customers.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and compliance of owned AI solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and shipping production software focused on AI/ML solutions.
- Experience building cloud-native, multi-tenant services on a major cloud platform, preferably AWS, including asynchronous and queue-based processing.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience integrating LLMs or ML models into applications through inference APIs, tool calling, agent or prompt orchestration, retrieval, or model serving.
- Experience with microservices, API-driven architectures, and event-driven systems.
- Proficiency building data models, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
- Understanding of enterprise security, identity management, and data compliance.
- Preferred experience with a compiled, statically typed backend language, especially Go.
- Preferred experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, Bedrock Agents, multi-agent systems, Kubernetes, EKS, batch and real-time architectures, model management, and MLOps.
- Preferred exposure to applied ML, operations research, supply chain optimization, responsible AI, enterprise integration platforms, Infor OS, Infor CloudSuites, and AWS certifications.
