Responsibilities
- Lead consulting engagements from problem definition and discovery through solution design, development, and deployment.
- Contribute to Java backend and web application development within an Azure DevOps team.
- Guide teams on project processes and deliverables and advise on architecture and design reviews.
- Develop scalable processes for acquiring and analyzing project data and assess implementation complexity.
- Work with business developers and business stakeholders, including the CISO team.
- Support client training, business pursuit initiatives, and in-house capability building.
- Improve team development metrics and contribute to automation and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java and Java backend development.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps ways of working.
- Knowledge of web application development, microservices architecture patterns, and serverless computing.
- Knowledge of solution design and REST modeling.
- Experience with cloud-native Azure services such as Azure App Service and Azure Functions is preferred.
- Knowledge of end-to-end infrastructure-as-code automation using YAML pipelines is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, initiative, flexibility, customer-orientation, and quality-awareness skills.
