Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, integrate, test, and maintain technology solutions for EY’s global Assurance and audit practices.
- Build Microsoft technology-based web applications using .NET Core, Entity Framework, ASP.NET, C#, Web API, React or Angular, and relational databases.
- Support data modeling, analysis, visualization, and process automation for complex audit and regulatory data needs.
- Apply software development standards, methods, tools, testing practices, and version control processes.
- Work independently and within multidisciplinary teams while communicating technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Plan, schedule, monitor, and deliver engagement work to meet time and quality targets.
- Present solution architecture and technical information using presentation materials such as PowerPoint decks.
- Direct daily engagement progress, report status to engagement managers, manage staff performance, and cultivate client relationships and business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or listed BE/BTech, MCA, or MBA qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with adequate industry experience.
- 4.5 to 7 years of industry experience.
- Strong experience with MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework, React JS or Angular JS, relational database development, ASP.NET, C#, Web API, Web Services, and Windows or web-based development.
- Experience with MS SQL or SQL Azure, EF 6, EF Core, JSON, REST API integration, and distributed version control systems such as Git or SVN.
- Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Web Apps, deployment solutions, NUnit, Moq, Jest, and Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of software development best practices and Agile or Scrum methodology.
- Strong analytical, systematic problem-solving, communication, presentation, consulting, quality-process, customer-focus, negotiation, and problem-resolution skills.
- Ability to absorb new technical and business information quickly and work effectively as a team player.
