Responsibilities
- Develop gRPC APIs in Go to deliver customer solutions.
- Create full stack applications including front end UI with React.
- Collaborate with the team to define OKRs and develop roadmaps.
- Author technical documents for feature development.
- Enhance AI Agent performance and knowledge bases.
- Maintain operational excellence and platform stability.
- Contribute to quality assurance tooling and testing.
- Work with product teams on new product launches.
- Document processes and customer instructions.
- Mentor junior team members through PR reviews.
Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Go for gRPC and REST API development.
- Experience in React and front end development.
- Knowledge of microservices and distributed systems.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong interest in collaborating with customers.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken forms.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach.
