Responsibilities

Gather and scope product requirements with internal teams during customer implementations.
Perform technical implementation steps, including reviewing and developing site-specific data configurations.
Manage bulk dashboard uploads, historical data backloads, and global product data changes using custom scripts and SQL queries.
Upload and track customer-specific dashboard data configurations and maintain customer portfolios.
Estimate timelines for customer customizations and communicate with clients for feedback and approval.
Provide technical support during customer implementation calls.
Coordinate with product, development, and success teams to track and deploy customer-specific requirements.
Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshoot implementation issues with internal teams.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience with SQL.
Experience using Jira, Slack, and GitHub.
Knowledge of HL7 standards is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills and experience documenting root-cause analyses.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work in a 24x7 environment.
